The Role
As an Private IT Support Engineer, you will provide dedicated, high-touch technical support to the C-Suite and executives. This is a highly visible and relationship-driven role where no two days will be the same due to the IT administrative requests at that level.

You will ensure seamless and secure IT support for the C-Suite across offices, private residences, and sometimes operations overseas. Your professionalism, adaptability, and discretion will be critical to success, as you operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where anticipation and proactive problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 2 IT Support tasks at a C-Suite across the office, home, and traveling environments
  • Coordinate IT service continuity for executive travel
  • Support and maintain IT systems, hardware, and personal devices for senior leaders
  • Contribute to IT project delivery and recommend solutions aligned to evolving needs
  • Travel with executives when required to provide onsite technical assistance
  • Offer flexible, on-demand IT support, including occasional coverage across different time zones.

The Person

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Must have the ability to explain their experiences across the C-Suite and high executive level. (Competency at this level will be looked for in CV)
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Skilled in mobile device management and remote troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting video conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex)
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
  • Current WA driver’s license.
