Senior Project Engineer – Landmark CBD Project

An iconic $1bn+ mixed-use project is set to transform Sydney’s CBD skyline, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to play a pivotal role in bringing it to life.

This is a rare opportunity to join a project of true city-shaping scale and complexity, working closely as the right-hand to the Senior Project Manager. You’ll be part of the leadership team delivering a landmark development that will revitalise Sydney’s midtown precinct.

The role:

Support the Senior Project Manager in managing a multi-stage program (2-year demolition phase followed by a 4+ year construction phase)

Oversee engineering, technical, and site coordination functions across the project lifecycle

Drive program delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are exceeded

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on design and delivery solutions

Contribute to the culture of excellence and innovation across the project team

What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated experience on recent Sydney Metro station projects

Strong technical and commercial knowledge across structures, services, and complex mixed-use developments

Ability to thrive in a high-profile environment with multiple stakeholders and moving parts

A proactive leader who can anticipate challenges and drive solutions

Genuine passion for shaping projects that will define Sydney’s skyline for decades to come
