Site Engineer & Project Engineer - Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join a well-established civil contractor delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across NSW. With a strong reputation as a trusted delivery partner on Tier One projects, this company also operates as the Principal Contractor, offering full Design & Construct (D&C) capabilities across transport, utilities, and defense sectors.

About the Roles:

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, multiple positions are available on projects involving:

Bulk earthworks

Pavement construction (essential)

Utilities (advantageous)

Defense infrastructure (experience highly regarded)

These roles offer hands-on involvement from early works through to completion, providing strong career development in a business that promotes from within and supports engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline

2+ years' experience (Site Engineer) / 5+ years' experience (Project Engineer)

Proven track record on civil infrastructure projects with an emphasis on earthworks, pavements, and services/utilities

Experience working for a Tier 2 civil contractor is essential

Familiarity with D&C project delivery models

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Defense project experience is a bonus but not essential
