About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our organization’s information technology operations. The role involves overseeing infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and IT support while ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business objectives. The IT Manager will also play a key role in driving digital transformation and managing the IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily IT operations including infrastructure, networking, servers, databases, cloud, and applications.

Ensure system uptime, performance, and adherence to SLAs.

Oversee cybersecurity policies, risk management, and data protection compliance.

Plan, budget, and execute IT projects (upgrades, migrations, integrations, and implementations).

Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and deliver solutions.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology procurement.

Monitor industry trends and recommend new technologies for business improvement.

Ensure compliance with IT governance, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Act as the escalation point for major incidents and critical technical issues.

Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.

Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8–15 years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are an advantage.
