Within the Behavioural Science Division (BSD), the Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer’s (CBRC) mission is to conduct high quality applied behavioural research to inform and influence cancer prevention policies, programs and services, in order to reduce the impact of cancer on the community.
About your opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Research Operations Manager who brings strategic insight, originality, and a progressive approach to join CBRC. Your role is to:
- Lead the development and implementation of research and business operations processes
- Provide strategic oversight of financial activities and deliver against financial milestones
- Design and manage research communication processes across digital platforms, media, and targeted stakeholder communications to promote research impact
- Build and strengthen working relationships with researchers and support staff within CBRC and other CCV Divisions to encourage collaboration and promote a culture of shared success

We are looking for someone with:
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field
- Extensive research and business operations experience, including reporting and financial management
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evolve business systems and processes to maximise operational efficiency

- Base salary of $99,648 to $116,882 p.a. (dependant on experience, pro rata for part time), plus 12% superannuation
