This brand new venture will be the region’s most anticipated new restaurant — a refined, produce-driven steak and wine destination where craftsmanship meets creativity. Backed by the Daylesford Brewing Co Group, this restaurant will deliver exceptional dining in an intimate, elevated setting, blending classic technique with a modern edge.

We’re now seeking a Head Chef with the drive, vision, and integrity to lead this kitchen from day one.

About the Role
This is a full-time leadership position for a chef who wants to make their mark. You’ll be responsible for menu development, supplier relationships, kitchen operations, and leading a small, highly skilled team. You’ll be given the creative freedom to showcase the best local and seasonal produce — particularly premium cuts and pasture-raised meats from the most integral local suppliers — and to help shape the identity of a restaurant that will set the benchmark for regional dining.
