Position Overview:

This newly created Client Success Specialist role will ensure an exceptional client journey from initial contact through to project delivery and ongoing nurturing. This strategic role is crucial for scaling the business efficiently and will provide ownership over systems development and enhance client connection across the entire client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to clients at every stage of their journey, including lead conversion, sales, onboarding, project delivery, and customer nurturing
• Directly engage with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure their needs are met proactively
• Oversee and complete all administrative and project management support tasks, ensuring smooth operations
• Develop and meticulously document systems and processes, with a particular focus on optimising client interaction and project management workflows
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of project tasks, checklists, CRM records, and Google Drive files
• Proactively manage project scope and identify and address any variations to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage a junior team member in the office, with the potential to oversee 2 additional offshore staff members

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3+ years of experience in an office management/project coordinator role
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with conflicting priorities
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of taking initiative and solving problems independently
• Adaptability and proficiency in working with various systems, including CRM platforms (Zoho suite, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar experience is highly valued)
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to embrace working within an entrepreneurial environment that embraces change and continuous improvement
