The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Educator (or currently studying towards the qualification) to join our supportive and friendly team at St Catherine’s OSHC on a casual basis, with an immediate start available.

• Flexible casual hours available between 7:00am – 6:00pm
• Opportunities for additional hours at our Kindergarten service

Educational Leader Role – Leadership Opportunity
In addition to regular educator responsibilities, this position includes the opportunity to take on the Educational Leader role, guiding curriculum development and supporting best practice across the service. This leadership position comes with an additional allowance of over $4,000 per annum, recognising your impact and experience.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Diploma (completed, or working towards) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (Education Support, studying Bachelor of Education or similar qualifications approved under ACECQA)
• Understanding and knowledge of My Time Our Place Framework
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
• The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment
