About the Role

As an RP Educator, you will:

Support and engage children in a fun, play-based learning environment

Help deliver inspiring programs that reflect children’s interests

Build positive relationships with children, families and the school community

Contribute to a warm, safe and inclusive service environment

Step into Responsible Person duties when required

Experience working with children (OSHC, childcare, school, coaching or support roles)

Confidence working with children of all abilities, including additional needs

A nurturing, positive and energetic approach

A team-focused mindset with a willingness to learn

Readiness to step into an RP role (training provided)

Qualifications & Requirements

(Or willingness to obtain)

ACECQA-approved qualification (Certificate or Diploma level)
– We welcome related fields such as education, youth work, nursing, disability support, community services etc.

Understanding of the NQF and MTOP framework (training provided)

Blue Card (Working With Children Check)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
