We are actively seeking an experienced Property Paralegal or Licensed Conveyancer to join a leading national commercial law firm in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an experienced property law team, partnered with an autonomous way of working and varied work.

The role:

• Manage both residential and commercial property matters (sales, purchases, mortgagee sales, and off-the-plan transactions)
• Prepare and review contracts of sale
• Handle lodgements via PEXA
• Coordinate settlements
• Drafting correspondence
• Ongoing maintenance of files
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders with confidence
• Work closely a varied client base including developers, investors, and financial institutions

About you:

• Proven experience as a property paralegal or licensed conveyancer in a commercial or residential practice
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage a high volume of files and deadlines independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PEXA
• Legal practice management software experience (Aderant Expert and iManage/FileSite highly regarded)
• A strong passion for ongoing professional learning
