About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Para legal to join our team at Masterton Homes in Warwick Farm . This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Assisting Group Legal Counsel with research, document preparation, and file management

Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence

Maintaining and updating legal databases, files, and records such as LEAP

Conducting legal research and summarising findings

Coordinating with external parties, such as clients and other legal professionals

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the department's continuous improvement

Assisting with the Conveyancing team as required

What we're looking for

Relevant legal or paralegal qualifications or experience

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficient in using legal software and technologies

Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
