We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a Child Development Service in regional Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in children’s lives while experiencing a rewarding regional adventure.

About the Role

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time (Mon–Fri)

Pay: $60–75 per hour + Super

Location: Large outback city, approx. 60–75 minute flight from Perth

Relocation: Support provided + accommodation included

Duration: Until the end of 2025

Key Responsibilities

Deliver therapy and support for children aged 0–18 years with developmental challenges.

Address a range of needs including feeding concerns, sensory and regulation issues, and fine motor skill development.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary Child Development Service to support children and their families.

Develop and implement therapy plans and provide progress reports and recommendations.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.

Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a paediatric setting.

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.

A compassionate, family-centred approach to care.
