Occupational Therapist – Community-Based (Casual / Contractor)

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for flexible, meaningful work in the community? We're a growing allied health provider offering home-based OT services across Sydney, supporting clients through the Aged Care and NDIS.

We’re currently receiving up to 10 referrals per week across a range of needs, functional assessments, equipment recommendations, home modifications, and comprehensive reporting. Due to our expanding caseload, we’re looking for a dedicated and autonomous OT who thrives on flexibility and client-focused care.

About the Role

- Casual or Contractor Position – perfect for work-life balance or supplementing your current role

- Flexible workload & hours – set your own schedule

- Home visits across the Sydney Metro Area

- Clients through NDIS and Aged Care funding

- Conduct assessments, write reports, provide recommendations

About You

- Qualified Occupational Therapist with registration

- Experience with NDIS and/or Aged Care clients preferred
