We are seeking a Senior Risk Analyst with strong expertise in operational risk and compliance. You'll play a key role in strengthening the organisation's risk management framework and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to ASIC guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance operational risk and compliance frameworks across the business.
• Monitor and assess regulatory obligations, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk reviews, control testing, and incident management processes.
• Partner with business units to embed a strong risk culture and ensure adherence to policies and frameworks.
• Prepare and present risk and compliance reporting to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support the continuous improvement of risk management systems and processes.

About You

• 2+ years experience in an operational risk and compliance role.
• Exposure to ASIC regulatory obligations is essential.
• Background in asset management is highly desirable, though candidates from broader financial services (e.g., wealth, superannuation, banking, insurance) will also be considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence across a business.
