Help homeowners enjoy building their dream home – without the stress.

At IBA, we’re independent advocates guiding clients through design, builder selection, and construction. We work for the client, not the builder, and make the process clear, smooth, and far less stressful.

We’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to support clients from sign-up to key handover. You’ll give them the right info at the right time, spot issues early, and keep everything moving.

The Role

Permanent part-time (20 hours/week) based in Subiaco, with flexibility. You will:

Guide clients step-by-step through their build journey.

Track builder progress and manage paperwork.

Liaise with builders’ staff, shires, consultants, and clients.

Spot issues early and escalate when needed.

Keep client communications clear and proactive.

Support the Director with occasional admin.

About You

1 year min experience in residential construction (e.g. client liaison, interiors, drafting, trade or shire roles). More experience welcome but not essential.

Confident communicator (phone, email, text, face-to-face).

Energetic, naturally happy.

Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure.

Comfortable with builder processes, paperwork, and Microsoft Office.

Genuine care for clients and their outcomes.

Australian work rights required.
