Due to an existing period of growth, APG is looking for a passionate, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team located in Echuca.

Your day will be varied and will include:

• Candidate interviews and inductions
• Client/WHS visits and reporting
• New business development
• Account Management
• Ad placements through various means
• Respond to job orders, matching suitable candidates and submitting CV's
• Building a talent pool
• Client Onboarding and site inductions
• Building strong client and candidate relationships

To be successful you will bring:

• Experience in building remarkable rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, and candidates.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Sound administration skills with an eye for detail
• Experience using Microsoft suite and good computer literacy
• Can-do attitude and eagerness to take on/learn new tasks
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ideally have previous experience in recruitment role working in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence
