About the Role

Join a growing and respected construction company with a strong pipeline of projects across Queensland. We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a 32-unit industrial development in Oxley, valued at $10M. The project is well underway, entering the panel installation phase, and you’ll be stepping into a pivotal leadership role from this point through to handover.

Other projects in the pipeline include, industry trade schools and medical centers with similar size and scope.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee day-to-day site operations and lead all activities through to completion

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site teams across all construction phases

Ensure build quality meets specifications and compliance standards

Maintain site safety and enforce HSEQ procedures

Monitor timelines and report on project progress

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Manage deliveries, logistics, and site documentation

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager in industrial and commercial construction

Must have current QBCC licence and White Card

Strong track record of managing projects from structure through to completion

Exceptional coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to hit the ground running and lead with confidence and professionalism

Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery
