Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out (QBCC Medium Rise)

SEQ | $1m–$10m projects (avg. ~$5m) | Full-time

W Talent are seeking a proven Site Manager to deliver $3m–$10m commercial fit-outs across SEQ. With a strong forward pipeline and direct access to decision-makers, this role suits a hands-on operator who leads from the front on safety, quality, program and cost.

What you’ll lead

Day-to-day site operations across $3m–$10m fit-outs (workplace, retail, hospitality, health), often in live/occupied environments

Site establishment, access & security, daily/weekly inspections and HSE leadership (inductions, SWMS/JSAs, toolbox talks, incident reporting)

Program sequencing and trade coordination; let/issue directions and manage site diaries

Quality control and documentation (ITPs, inspections, close-outs)

Client/consultant interface, clear comms and professional site conduct

Handover, defects and DLP management

You’ll need (must-haves)

QBCC Site Supervisor – Medium Rise (current)

Proven site leadership on commercial fit-out/refurb projects in the $1m–$10m range

Strong grasp of NCC, Australian Standards, high-risk work controls and occupied-site protocols

Ability to read drawings, de-conflict trades, hold teams to program and lift workmanship standards

White Card & driver’s licence (First Aid ideal). Exposure to Procore/Aconex/MS Project a plus
