We are seeking a passionate and motivated Career Advisor to join our dynamic team. Narre Warren, Cranbourne, Pakenham and Koo Wee Rup sites, this full-time position plays a key role in supporting participants to achieve lasting employment outcomes.
About the Role
As a Career Advisor, you will work closely with participants and employers to create life-changing opportunities. You’ll identify, develop, and maintain strong employer relationships, helping match candidates to meaningful, inclusive roles that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate new employment opportunities
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour market trends and vacancy requirements
Partnering with employers to identify inclusive roles and support successful placements
Engaging with participants to understand their goals, skills, and support needs
Creating tailored employment plans and providing pre-employment preparation
Delivering ongoing post-placement support, including workplace mentoring and training coordination
Building relationships with community organisations and stakeholders
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with IEA program standards
About You

Experience in employment services, recruitment, or community engagement will be highly regarded.
