Location: Sydney CBD | Contract: 9 months | Work Flexibility: 50% WFH / 50% Office

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a leading Financial Services organisation on a 9-month contract until July 2026. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Consumer Data Rights (CDR) and a strong track record in delivering change in complex environments.

What you’ll do:

• Lead change initiatives to support Consumer Data Rights programs;
• Develop and execute change management strategies across stakeholders and teams;
• Drive adoption and engagement with CDR-related policies, processes, and systems; and
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and measurable outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Change Management experience in the financial services sector;
• Consumer Data Rights (CDR) experience is a must;
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills; and
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (50% WFH / 50% Sydney CBD office).
