About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (5-10 years) to lead a large-scale remediation initiative within the banking sector. This role will oversee complex streams of work focused on addressing data quality, system gaps, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a major remediation program.
- Lead four sub-streams, each supported by multiple Business Analysts.
- Oversee data gap analysis, system issue identification, and customer outreach processes.
- Coordinate across business units and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Provide SME-level guidance on remediation and data quality.
About You
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale remediation programs, ideally within financial services.
- Strong background in regulatory projects, with a solid understanding of ASIC and related compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience leading multi-stream, complex projects with large stakeholder engagement.
- SME knowledge in remediation and data quality.
- Prior experience within or alongside major banks (highly regarded).
