Seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the energetic team at the Flagship store in Marion! With a customer eccentric focus and delivering exceptional customer experiences being a non-negotiable, this role is surely set to reward with a fun environment and rewarding sales and career growth. Skills and Experience
* You will need to be a customer orientated expert, providing personalised and expertise sales and advice.
* Work within a large team, motivating all to achieve sales targets and KPIS with consistent team coaching and training.
* Lead by example and deliver results and fantastic culture.
* Work with the store manager to deliver and exceed KPIS and store targets; including wage control and company policies and guidelines
* Support and lead daily store operations - stock control and management and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring store presentation is maintained at all times and tasks are achieved.
* Champion team and community engagement to increase brand awareness and community connections
* Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements in line with national and state regulations.
