About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support and train your team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. With a strong focus on service, sales, and operations, this role offers variety and scope for career development.

What You Will Do

Support the Store Manager in all areas of operations and team leadership

Deliver expert customer service and advice across a wide product range

Assist with stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store standards

Coach and motivate the team to meet sales and service targets

Take responsibility for opening, closing, and daily reporting tasks

Previous leadership experience in retail or related industries
