Creative Kids @ Bundaberg is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Director / Nominated Supervisor to join our passionate leadership team!

💫 About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to lead our service. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre, mentor an incredible team of educators, and work closely with families to create a warm, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.

🧩 Your Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations of the Centre
Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated educators
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework & Regulations
Deliver and support educational programs that inspire curiosity and growth
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
Manage staff rosters, performance, and professional development
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold our high standards of care

🎓 Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within early childhood education
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A confident, approachable communicator who can motivate and inspire others
