Wings Early Learning Ripley is a brand new, purpose-built 120 place early learning centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care. The centre is in its final stages of construction and is due to open in early January 2026.
We are currently seeking a Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor to lead our brand-new centre. The opportunity exists for you to play a pivotal role in the set up and establishment from the very beginning.
Responsibilities
As the Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, leading our team of Educators and ensuring that our centre meets all legislative and quality standards while ensuring a supportive work environment.
Our staff facilities include:
• A fully equipped dedicated staff retreat with a kitchen, comfortable seating and individual lockable lockers for personal belongings
• A shower room with towel and laundry service, hair and beauty products and hair blow-dryers and straightener, for staff to freshen up after physical activities or during hot weather

Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one
A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service
A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators
