My School Child Care & Kindergarten – Park Avenue is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nominated Supervisor – Centre Director to lead our growing, family-owned service.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate leader to guide a well-respected centre, supported by an amazing ownership team with over 15 years of hands-on experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.

✨ About the Role

As the Nominated Supervisor – Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and education are consistently delivered.

Your role will include:

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of educators.

Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Education and Care Services National Regulations.

Driving enrolments, occupancy, and community engagement.

Building strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community.

Overseeing budgets, rosters, and operational efficiency.

💡 About You

We are looking for an experienced Director/Nominated Supervisor who can bring expertise, confidence, and vision to the role.

You will have:

Proven experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor.

A minimum of 1-2 years of Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor experience is required.

A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Strong knowledge of compliance and the National Quality Standards.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

A passion for delivering quality early learning and building strong community connections.

A current Working with Children Check is required.

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates without Australian work rights.
