About the role

We are seeking a talented Barista all rounder to join our vibrant team at Lot 88 on the Park in Dandenong South, VIC. As a Barista all rounder, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment. This is a position fr someone coming for a long term role .

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee drinks and other beverages to customers

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the cafe

Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience

Assisting with food serving

Taking order and seating customers

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role minimum three years

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and presentation techniques

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask
