Your new company

Our client's vision is to generate and build a sustainable future for all Queenslanders. The team operates as an end-to-end agent for the delivery and facilitation of the organisation's building construction and maintenance activities. The client is looking for a registered architect who can deliver social housing projects.

Your new role

You will prepare feasibility options and review consultancy designs. Furthermore, you will liaise with team members, project managers, external architects, and other relevant stakeholders.

Additional accountabilities:

• Preparation of PD drawings
• Preparation of SD drawings
• Provision of response to RFIs

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you have a tertiary qualification in architecture. Furthermore, you have experience in delivering residential or government infrastructure projects. You have strong verbal & communication skills with the ability to communicate planning concepts and matters.

Additional qualifications:

• Medium density housing project experience (desirable)
• Architecture Registration / Landscape Architecture Registration
