About the role

Due to ongoing growth in our team at our Strathfield Recycling site. We are looking for a skilled plant operator with experience in excavators and front end loaders. This is a permanent position, working 6.30am - 5.30pm which also includes regular Saturday work from 6.30am - 1.30pm. You will be working out of a brand new state of the art facility with new machinery.

About you:

You will be a team player who ideally has prior experience in a recycling environment. You will be competent to operate an excavator and front end loader and have prior experience in tasks such as:

Have experience operating an excavator and front end loader including:

Stockpiling and sorting material

Loading truck and dogs (including using weigh scales);

Sorting waste streams;

Have a safety focus and positive attitude;

Previous experience in Recycling operations will be highly regarded; and

Operating in a high traffic environment

Forklift Licence
