Seeking an experienced, self driven couple to manage a successful, 4 Star, 28 room Motel located in beautiful Forster on the NSW Mid North Coast.

To be successful, candidates MUST possess:

2-3yrs experience in similar role

Professional presentation & friendly manner

Be reliable & motivated

Exceptional customer service skills & a focus and commitment to delivering high standards of service

Strong computer & administration skills

Previous working knowledge of Guestpoint & OTAs Booking.com & Expedia

Knowledge of MS Office

Ability to supervise housekeeping operations

Ability to complete general maintenance tasks

Current drivers licence

Current RSA

Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Australian residency for tax purposes

Duties will include:

Record keeping, admin duties: check in & check out guests

Front office tasks, using Guestpoint, online booking systems: Expedia, Booking.com

Manage rates, Guest reviews, OTA promotions, Social Media

Owner Reports: Daily Reconciliation Report & Weekly Property Statistics Report

Ordering linen and stock

Assist cleaning staff with removal of bed linen

Ensuring highest standard of cleanliness and housekeeping

Management of housekeeping staff/rostering

Staff recruitment & training

Maintain gardens & lawns

Maintain pool & pool area

Ensuring compliance with WH&S

Required to work weekends & Public Holidays
