Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the property management team.

Manage and organise property documents, leases, and agreements.

Handle client inquiries and communications in a professional manner.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating property inspections and maintenance.

Support the team with data entry, reporting, and filing tasks.

Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Must have driver's licence and vehicle

Must be prepared to undertake study for your real estate licence

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not essential.
