About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of property managers

Manage your own portfolio of residential properties

Drive team performance and ensure service excellence

Handle escalations and complex issues with professionalism

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Assist in onboarding and training new team members

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in property management

Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and compliance

Excellent communication and organisational skills

High attention to detail and ability to prioritise

Current real estate certificate or licence

A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for people and property
