Duties include:

Checking guests in and out and dealing with all guest enquiries

Doing routine cleaning of communal areas

Answering emails and phone enquiries

Liaising with housekeeping and management

Candidates should:

Be outgoing and friendly with a positive work ethic

Have a passion for customer service and enjoy interacting with guests

Have previous customer service experience

Be able to work independently whilst maintaining good communication with team members and management

Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Experience with Cloudbeds reservation system advantageous, as is experience in the backpacker industry.

20-30 hours per week with opportunity for more
