With growing demand for our services, we are seeking to recruit a plan management team member with a strong Finance and/or Accounting background to join our dynamic Plan Management team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This position supports the Plan Management Team in processing NDIS participant’s invoices.
You will be responsible for:
Timely and accurate processing of invoices on Plan Management system
Monitoring participants’ budgets to ensure that funds are not exhausted
Educating and guiding participants on how to utilize their NDIS funding based on NDIS guidelines
Liaising with providers, NDIA and other stakeholders as necessary
Maintaining our Plan Management records
Keeping abreast with the NDIS updates and guides
WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking a team member who has:
A tertiary qualification in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent
Previous Bookkeeping/accounting knowledge and experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong data entry and admin skills
High IT literacy especially with Microsoft 365
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Excellent problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in the team
A pro-active and flexible team attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain concentration for prolonged periods and maintain performance
An Employee Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and International Police Check (if required) will be required
The following skills will be highly desirable but no essential:
Bi-lingual English and Mandarin
Previous experience in NDIS Plan Management
Knowledge of the NDIS, its line items, budget categories and price guide
LOCATION
You will be based in our Coburg office with work from home arrangement option available.
HOURS
Most work is completed during business hours.
