Graduate Accountant/ Accountant role with boutique firm located close to Southern Cross station Melbourne Docklands.

You will be part of a friendly supportive team working in the business services space specializing in tax and business advisory. This is full time role working from our office in Docklands.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Assist Senior Accountants with the completion of income tax returns and financial statements and compliance documents

Assist and liaise with clients to either prepare and lodge individual tax returns

Assist with completion of Business Activity Statements

Research and assist with the provision of advice to clients

Qualifications & experience

Degree qualified [commerce, business, accounting]

Seeking CA qualification, CA qualified or partially qualified

Positive can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset

Strong communication skills with good interpersonal expertise

Ability to build rapport and work in a small interdependent team

Excellent time management and personal organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with very good English is a must have
