About the Role

Mediapoint is a progressive, fast-growing trade printing business that thrives on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. As we expand our production team, we’re looking for a dynamic, solutions-focused team member who is eager to learn, develop, and contribute to an evolving business.

This role is perfect for someone with a growth mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, troubleshooting mechanical challenges, and continuously looking for ways to optimize production processes. This role is ideal for someone who likes to take charge and lead an area.

Training will be provided specific to our industry so experience in print is not needed.

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Your Role & Responsibilities

Operate & Take Charge – Run various finishing machines, handwork tasks, and packaging processes, ensuring smooth workflow.

Take Initiative – Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement improvements to keep production running efficiently.

Support & Train – Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members while ensuring they meet performance standards.

Drive Process Improvements – Contribute to our Lean Improvement Program, helping refine and optimize workflows.

Maintain Quality & Efficiency – Ensure high standards in packaging, dispatch, and finishing, following set procedures.
