Production & Machine Operators - Timber Industry

Location: Hoppers Crossing | Pay: $33.38/hr + Super | 6 Positions Available

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality timber products, is seeking experienced and mechanically minded Production Machine Operators to join their growing team in Hoppers Crossing.

If you have a current forklift license, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for an ongoing role with a supportive team-this could be the perfect fit!

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 5:54 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate timber production machinery (wood cutting, paint machines, etc.)
  
• Perform manual handling tasks (lifting up to 25kg)
  
• Operate hand and power tools (nail guns, hammers, etc.)
  
• Follow production instructions with a strong focus on quality and safety
  
• Operate a forklift (minimum 6 months of experience required)
  
  Requirements:
  
• Mechanically minded with experience operating production machinery
  
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
  
• Current forklift license (essential)
  
• High attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
