We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Production Operators with experience in mixing and fabrication processes to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure proper production processes
• Accurately follow work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Record production data accurately and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, ideally with mixing or batching processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and team orientation
• Strong GMP/HACCP knowledge
• Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential
