Duties & Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to our dealerships & customers.

Handle all parts sales and enquiries over the phone and monitoring and responding to parts email enquiries

Identifying required parts and checking stock availability

Process all orders efficiently and accurately

Providing regular updates to customers with estimated delivery times and any expected delay

Timely processing and dispatching of all Dealer orders to ensure deliveries for courier/ transport pick up times are adhered to, ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction

Liaises with Dealer Parts Managers for the accurate and efficient interpretation of service parts enquiries.

Manages the After Hours parts facility for Midwest Dealers during peak harvest season

Works with courier service providers to ensure best possible service parts delivery to all dealer locations in Australia

Ensures all parts catalogues are up to date, accurate and reflect current part numbers being used
