The Role
We are seeking a Heavy Vehicle Parts Interpreter to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers get the right parts, on time, every time. You’ll be the go-to expert for interpreting, sourcing, and providing parts for late-model trucks and heavy vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret customer needs and identify correct parts for heavy vehicles, engines, transmissions, and components.

Provide exceptional service and technical support to owner-drivers, workshops, and fleet customers.

Source, order, and manage stock efficiently to meet demand.

Liaise with suppliers and internal workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate records, quotes, and parts catalogues.

About You

Experience as a parts interpreter (truck, diesel, or heavy vehicle industry strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle makes and models, particularly American and European trucks.

Customer-focused, with clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, growing business.

Computer literacy and familiarity with parts catalogues and ordering systems.
