We’re seeking a skilled AV Installation & Service Technician to join a dynamic team that designs, installs, and services state-of-the-art AV systems for a wide range of clients. In this role, you’ll be working both independently and as part of a collaborative project team—building AV racks, installing and commissioning systems, running cabling, mounting displays, and performing service and maintenance work at client sites. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to system improvements, documentation, and quality standards, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard. What you'll be doing:

• Install, test, and commission AV systems (displays, cabling, racks, terminations)
• Perform on-site service, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Follow schematics, plans, and documentation accurately
• Keep records of installations, service, and equipment details
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver jobs on time and to standard
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Occasionally travel to remote client sites when required

What you'll need:

• 2+ years’ AV installation experience
• Ability to install, terminate, and commission AV systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic electronics and minor electrical servicing knowledge
• Confident using computers and maintaining documentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of mounting displays and pulling cables through walls/ceilings
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel (including remote sites if needed)
• Organised, reliable, and customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude
