About the Role

Successful candidates will:

(Not limited to)

Identify and escalate clinical deterioration

Attend to wound management, training and support

Promote a team approach

Catheter management and education

Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.

Medication management, monitoring and training

Staff training/Education

Efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Coordination of client cares in all aspects of daily life

Rostering as needed

About you:

Hold a current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1

Experience as a registered nurse in the community

Minimum of two years nursing experience in Australia

Proficiency in decision making, critical analysis and on the spot problem solving

Valid Australian work rights

NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one)

Dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic

Organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Australian drivers license and access to a reliable car.
