💡 A Day in the Life

• Deliver personalised clinical care through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and evidence-based practices, including infection control, catheter care and medication administration.
• Empower clients and families by fostering inclusive, informed partnerships in care, promoting active ageing and reablement in daily living activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor care plans, participate in case conferences, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Build strong professional relationships within the team and broader health network, contributing to a culture of support, education, and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a focus on aged care.
• MUST HAVE! Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• Comfortable travelling up to 45 - 60 minutes
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (highly desirable)
• Proficient in MS Office and client management software.

🚦 Key Criteria

• A copy of your Clinical Hours of Service from your previous or current employers required to support hourly rates on offer.
• Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia
• Ideally available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays!
