About the role

Join the KeepCup team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this full-time role, based in our Clifton Hill, VIC office. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce you will be you will be responsible for driving sales for our reusable products through all DTC channels.

What you'll be doing

Paid media management across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon, Google.

Running SEM, SEO, display, and paid social campaigns.

Optimising product content and merchandising across eCommerce & marketplaces.

Executing EDMs (email marketing), transactional emails, and customer segmentation.

Supporting CRM initiatives (email, SMS, loyalty programs).

Coordinating creative, campaign delivery, and reporting

Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to help enhance the customer experience

Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with retail products

Strong skillset in paid media management

Sound commercial acumen

CRM skills and EDM experience spinning content across regions and sales channels.

Enthusiasm, resilience and a positive, customer-focused attitude
