About the Role:
Located at Cypress Gardens on the stunning Gold Coast, the Cypress Gardens Retirement Community is looking for a dedicated Village Services Officer for a permanent part-time role (28 hours per fortnight). This position offers the following:
Work Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday sleepover shifts from 5:00pm to 8:30am the following day. In addition to the competitive hourly rate, you'll receive a sleepover allowance.
Extra Shifts Available: You’ll have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when other team members are on leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to resident alarms and managing emergency situations.
Light cleaning of public areas and restocking amenities.

Skills and attributes:
• Customer service experience
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• First Aid and CPR certificates – Mandatory
• Holder of an open “C Class” driver’s licence (to drive the golf buggy)
• Understanding of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Remuneration is set according to Level 4 of the Aged Care Award $28.96/hr.
