We’re a family-owned builder specialising in low-volume, luxury custom homes with high-end finishes that truly impress. Think polished concrete floors, natural stone benchtops, Blackbutt timber detailing, VJ panelling, brushed brass fittings, and custom joinery — every detail handpicked to create homes people love. Each home we build is valued at $1.5m+ just for the build, and all are within a 15km radius of the Brisbane CBD.

With 7 projects currently under construction, 3 set for handover before Christmas, and another 3 starting before the new year, we’re looking for a hands-on, team-oriented Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering homes to impeccable standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee luxury custom builds from slab to handover.
• Manage trades, schedules, quality control, and site safety.
• Partner with your full-time Scheduler (dedicated admin support) so you can focus on site leadership.
• Jump in hands-on when required — we’re a team, not a hierarchy.
• Keep clients and subcontractors in sync with clear communication.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience supervising low-volume, luxury custom homes in QLD ($1.5m+ builds).
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence.
• Trade background (carpentry preferred).
• Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver.
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves on-site.

Remuneration Structure: Up to $150,000 + Superannuation + Car Allowance + Fuel Card.
