THE ROLE

As a Site Supervisor for our client, you will be responsible for overseeing their tilt panel projects ranging from $5M - $10M in value. This is an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to step up and lead projects in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and tradespeople, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with the project team, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to site personnel.

Our client is a well established builder specialising in commercial tilt panel developments and custom-designed homes. They are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee their commercial builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

In this role, you’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage daily site operations, uphold WHS standards, and maintain strong communication with clients and managers.
