We require an Investigation / Conciliation Officer to join our small and supportive team at the Health and Community Services Complaints Commission in Darwin. Dependent on experience and qualifications this position may be available as a Senior Investigation /Conciliation Officer. The role requires high-level writing skills in the preparation of precise and accurate reports and correspondence. You will manage a caseload ranging in complexity involving individual disputes and systemic issues. We are seeking someone with excellent analytical skills, sound judgement on the interpretation and application of the legislation to specific situations and the ability to empathise and work with stakeholder emotions.
