We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Lake Coogee centre with passion, purpose and professionalism.
The Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensure high-quality care and education, strong team culture, and outstanding family engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and inspiring a team of educators to deliver programs that reflect our philosophy and values.
Overseeing compliance, quality standards (NQS), and continuous improvement.
Building strong, trusting relationships with families and community.
Driving occupancy growth and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Effectively managing rostering, budgets, and Qikkids software.
You’ll Have
A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a centre of similar size (84 places).
Qikkids experience is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and empower educators.
Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications.
