The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role for a design professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll manage external consultants, drive design excellence, and ensure projects meet planning, commercial, and construction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design coordination across DA, CC, and construction phases

Manage consultant teams including architects, planners, and engineers

Ensure design compliance with planning controls, BCA, and NCC

Resolve design issues to support buildability and program delivery

Collaborate with internal development, construction, and sales teams

Champion quality, innovation, and sustainability in design outcomes

About You

Degree-qualified in Architecture, Design, or related field

10+ years’ experience in design management within residential class 2 apartment projects

Strong knowledge of the NSW planning framework and multi-residential design for NCC

Proven ability to manage consultants and drive outcomes

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Passionate about delivering quality built environments
